Privacy Notice
This notice explains what Wenatchee Fly Co's website forms collect and which services the website loads.
What the forms collect
Trip requests
The contact page's “Book Your Trip Today” form asks for Full Name, Email and Phone (required), Preferred Trip Type (optional), and Trip Goals or Questions (optional).
Please do not include payment information in Trip Goals or Questions.
Release and waiver
The release and waiver form asks for First Name, Last Name, Email, Address, Phone, Wild ID Number, Signature (Draw Your Signature), Date, and agreement to the release and waiver. These are required. The drawn signature is included as a PNG image file.
If you call, text or email instead, the business receives what you send that way.
Why the forms ask for information
The trip request form sends the information you enter to Wenatchee Fly Co so they can respond to your request. The waiver form submits your details, signature and agreement for the release and waiver.
We don't sell or rent your information.
Form provider
This website is hosted on Netlify, and both forms are set up to use Netlify Forms. The waiver form sends your signature as an image along with the other details.
Netlify stores submissions processed through Netlify Forms. If email notifications are enabled for the business, submission information can also be held in email copies. See Netlify's privacy policy.
Third-party services
The contact page shows an embedded Google map; loading it connects your browser to Google under Google's privacy policy.
The homepage and website footer load EmailOctopus newsletter forms when their sections come into view. Information entered in those forms goes through EmailOctopus rather than this website's Netlify forms. See EmailOctopus's privacy policy.
The release and waiver page loads its signature-drawing library from jsDelivr, connecting your browser to that service. See jsDelivr's privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Umami to count page visits and clicks on trip-booking and Google review links. Umami does not use cookies. Pageview information includes the pages viewed, referring pages, browser language and screen size. The website's custom click-event hooks do not include form values. See Umami's privacy policy.
The website's own scripts do not store preferences in cookies or localStorage. The third-party services described above have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Kept only as long as needed to respond and provide service; email or call us to have your information deleted.
